Drove home for the weekend last weekend. It was fun. Didn't do too much, but I feel like I got a good bit accomplished for the wedding. Adam is gone right now... On his first trip of the year to Canada. I miss him. Its tough not having him around sometimes. But, I think I'll be ok. Till later. |

Well, I had my 2nd Bridal Shower last night. We all had a ton of fun. We went out to eat, and then some of us went and saw Princess Diaries 2. It was a lot of fun. The girls got me some great presents... and I even got some from Canada (which, of course was great fun!). Thanks to everyone who could come. You all really made is special for me! |

Busy, Busy, Busy |

Well, Mom and I have been busy little beavers for about the last month. Most of what we talk about when we're together is wedding stuff. But, thats a good thing. There's a lot to plan. I'm having fun and I really am relaxed. Thats what everyone tells me: "Have fun and just relax." And I think, "Yeah, of course, thats what I'm doing." We've got the invitations ordered and the dresses and tuxes ordered. Everything is really starting to fall into place. Deanna Tackett is doing our flowers and other decorations, and she is going to do a really really great job! I'm really excited about it. Soon I'll be moving up to Minneapolis, so its good and important that we're getting so much done! |

I'm in a witty mood. I have to be in a witty mood to write funny and clever things. I don't really know why I get in them. Or when, but its pretty rare, so I must do something about it. This sounds good.

I went wedding dress shopping the other day. My sisters and my mom went with me! It was so fun. Christy tried on wedding dresses of course... its hard not to when you're surrounded by so many beautiful dresses. I think I've found what I want for bridesmaid dresses, anyways. I am so excited... I think they are really going to be beautiful! |

Well, last night was my first Bridal Shower. It was really fun... well, it was a big surprise. I had no idea... Naomi and Shilo tricked me! (But its ok, really). We played some silly games and laughed a lot. I got some awesome presents. Its weird to be the bride. Sometimes I'm not exactly sure how to handle it. Shilo went to a ton of work and she did a really great job. Its weird and fun and amazing that this is happening to me. I love it. |

So, I had a dream the other night that I was trying on wedding dresses. It was funny. I had told Adam that I needed to get off the phone so that I could go to bed. My mom must have called and told me that I needed to go try on dresses, though, so I went. We were at the church, it seemed (you know how it is in dreams), and I was wondering around in all these dresses. A little while later Adam was there for some reason. He saw me in this dress that everyone thought was just hideous. He asked "Is that what you're going to where?" I told him "Of course not!" And we laughed about how ugly it was. The truth is I haven't been dress shopping yet. Soon. So, soon... |
